About Jared
My name is Jared Sulzdorf and I'm the publisher of The Executive Office Policy Blog. I am a student at the University of Montana in Missoula, and have finished my degree in political science. Over the course of four years I've managed to explore every avenue of political science that the University of Montana has to offer, and have expanded my education to include focuses in American politics, public administration, international relations, and comparitave politics. Currently, I am finishing my college education with an independent study into the evolution of Native American governments and political structures, and will graduate in the fall.
I was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, but have spent most of my formative years in Montana. This state has shaped me in more ways than I can count, and I can certainly attribute some of my Libertarian sentiments to my exposure to the political culture in the Big Sky State.
My fascination with politics has been a constant in my life, and this blog is the expression of that passion. The people, personalities, and places are often larger than life, and the events in politics impact how we interact with the world around us. We really are creations of the world around us, but politics allows us to help create a better world to live in.
